Qualifications

In general, we are always looking for three types of candidates:

  1. EXPERIENCED - Healthcare Sales and Marketing Professionals - Those with a proven track record in Sales and/or Marketing in Medical Devices or Service, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech.
     
  2. ENTRY LEVEL - Approximately 25% of our search assignments are for what we call "entry level" candidates who have the following qualifications:
     
    1. A relatively recent Bachelors Degree (BS or BA required by 99% of our client companies).
       
    2. No more than 3 previous jobs (1 or 2 preferable).
       
    3. 1 to 5 (more is NOT better for "entry level" ) years outside sales experience with a proven and documented track record with a large "Fortune 500 type company" known for its sales training and quality of its outside reps.  Examples of such companies are:

      ADP  Cintas
      Campbell's Soup Canon Copiers
      Coca-Cola Moore-Wallace
      Federal Express Pitney Bowes
      Frito Lay Paychex
      Gallo Wine Ricoh
      Kraft Standard Register
      Lanier Xerox
       
  3. CLINICAL - Primarily BSN's and Respiratory Therapists who want a career change into Sales or Clinical support with a "for profit" company.
